Payment details, either Visa or Mastercard, are saved at the time of booking. You will be billed at the time of the appointment. Please be in touch if you require alternative payment options.

Medicare does not offer rebates for counselling services at this time.
Members of GU Health and Bupa may be eligible to receive rebates for counselling services. Contact GU Health and Bupa directly to find out what your entitlements are.

You are able to reschedule or cancel an appointment up to 4 hours prior to the event with no fee being charged. If you cancel or reschedule with 4 hours or less, the full fee will be charged.
