Cancellation Policy

Rebates

You are able to reschedule or cancel an appointment up to 4 hours prior to the event with no fee being charged. If you cancel or reschedule with 4 hours or less, the full fee will be charged.

At present, Medicare and Health Fund rebates are not available.
